The Siren Tones
Sirens are used when an emergency is predicted or when one exists. Please become familiar with each of the four siren tones and what to do when you hear them. A siren video that explains tones and what to do is available at the Calhoun County Emergency Management Agency (435-0540) and public libraries. You can also hear the siren tones at www.calhounemaone.org. If you hear an outdoor siren, stay calm! Go indoors and tune to your local Emergency Alert Station for more information.
