PROCUREMENT DURING EMERGENCIES
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) provides financial assistance to states, territories, tribes, local governments, nonprofits, institutions of higher education, and other non-Federal entities.

Public Assistance (PA) Resources
Eligible applicants (state agencies, cities, towns, county commissions, federally-recognized Indian tribes and certain essential private non-profit organizations) will be eligible to apply for some funding through FEMA’s Public Assistance grant program.

Cares Act funding opportunities are available through ADECA.
CARES Act Resources
The federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the “CARES Act”) includes funds that will be distributed to local governments to use to pay costs incurred in responding to the COVID- 19 outbreak. This memo describes how your county, city or town can access funds for that purpose.
