The Alabama Statewide Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Program and the Calhoun County Emergency Management Agency, through the Calhoun County Unified Command, have partnered with the City of Jacksonville and Civil Air Patrol to provide a community COVID-19 drive thru testing site Wednesday, November 4th.
This will be a drive-thru test site that is free to the public. The tests are provided by University of Alabama Birmingham and will be a self-administered test. You do not have to have symptoms to be tested at this site.
The details are below:
Location: Jacksonville Community Center
Address: 501 Alexandria Rd. SW, Jacksonville, AL
Date: Wednesday, November 4th, 2020
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
It is just a test site for the actual virus. Not for antibodies
I would like to know what the procedure is and if you will test for antibodies in the event we have already had covid. Do we have a choice?
